T-Rex Mecha 2277 by Bamboo-Learning T-Rex Mecha 2277 by Bamboo-Learning
Just having some Thursday night fun.

Not polished but for now I don't have time for my fun projects.

I might do something better with this mecha later.

Apps used: Zbrush, C4D and PS.

the over all design looks fantastic from a hard edge point of view. But the arms, although very cool looking..dont seem to match the techy-blockiness of the rest of the design.

I particularly like the legs.

good work

Thx for posting a comment Grievous. I know what you mean :3

I've been doing so many blocky mecha sketches for my professional job that I really just had to insert a more rounded shaped piece in this fun sketch/model, I might redo them if time lets me.

Good critic, thank you.

No problem. Giving and receiving critiques can be tough so its best to do it in a nice way to make everyone happy=) Its is indeed good design, the legs may make up the bulk of the figure, but that works from a realistic point of view. The arms just looked a little off, but its all still brilliant=)

I hear ya on pro work...I do so much hardsurface modeling its nice to do something organic every now and again.
